How to delete your LeadOPS360 data — including any data imported via Facebook Login — completely and permanently.

1. What Data We Store
When you use LeadOPS360 — including via Facebook Login for Business — we store: your account details (name, email, phone), any leads you fetch from your connected Facebook Pages / Lead Ad forms (name, phone, email, form answers, ad attribution), notes and activity you record against those leads, service/order records you create, uploaded documents, and platform activity logs. All data is scoped to your business (multi-tenant isolation) — no other customer can see it.
2. Deleting Your Data — In-App (Recommended)
Log in to your LeadOPS360 dashboard, go to Settings → Company Profile → Permanently Delete Account. This immediately removes your account, all users under it, all leads (across every platform including Facebook), all services, all documents, and all activity records from our production databases. This action is irreversible; make sure to export anything you want to keep first (Settings → Export Data).
3. Deleting Only Facebook Login Data
If you want to disconnect Facebook but keep your LeadOPS360 account, go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook, and click Disconnect. This removes all Facebook access tokens, Page tokens, and stops any further lead ingestion from Facebook. Any leads already imported into your CRM remain (they're yours) — to also delete those, go to Leads → filter by Platform: Facebook → Select all → Delete.
4. Deleting Data by Email Request
If you no longer have access to your account, or want us to process the deletion for you, email info@leadops360.in from the email address registered on your account. Include the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and mention the business name / account you want deleted. We will verify your identity, process the deletion within 30 days (usually within 3-5 business days), and email you a confirmation once complete.
5. Processing Timeline & Backup Retention
In-app deletion is immediate for production databases. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery, after which the data is permanently purged from all backup media. During this backup window your data is not accessible to any human — it exists only as encrypted disaster-recovery snapshots.
6. Confirmation & Meta Compliance
Once your data is deleted, you will receive an email confirmation at your registered address. This page also serves as our Meta-compliant Data Deletion Instructions URL, as required by the Facebook Platform Terms for apps using Facebook Login.
